Mr. Moon (a distant sing along)

Mr. Moon, Moon.
Light and tiny Moon.
Always staring at me,
Even when it’s noon.

Mr. Moon, Moon.
Bright and shiny Moon.
When I stare back at you,
Why you leave so soon?

Whilst the long night, the moon is a small, insignificant sediment in the sky. I pay no mind to its loneliness or appreciation for its tranquility. In the morning, for a short while the moon is enormous upon its setting into the west and the sun casts a wonderful light upon it turning it into a beautiful yellow mass. At the moon’s last few moments it grows and beckons everyone’s attention, turning to an alarming orange and I look. I stare, drooling with awe. It is both awesome to see such a magnificent, powerful moon and awful to see it depart so hastily.
